It doesn’t matter if you are experienced or just beginning, you will be able to proceed with your own practice at your own level.
And if you have never tried yoga before, our friendly instructor will be able to guide you through the class.

Is a Restorative yoga class designed to ease tight hips, shoulders and other joints, as well as relax the mind and focuses on breathing.
