After-hours Emergency

In the event of an after hours issue or noise complaint, call our Duty Manager on 5533 3622 and press 9 to be transferred. For evacuations, please follow the instructions on the diagram on your apartment door. For serious or life threatening emergencies, dial 000.

No Smoking

This is a smoke-free zone. We do not allow smoking in the Sky Lodges or campsite, on the balconies, or the immediate surroundings. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in this instance.

BBQs

You will find a Weber BBQ on your veranda for those who prefer to cook with a view. To preheat your BBQ, open the lid, unfold the work surfaces and turn the burner control knob to START/HI. Immediately press the ignition button to light the barbecue. Once alight, close the lid and allow the barbecue to heat up for 10 to 15 minutes. Your BBQ is now preheated and ready for barbecuing. 

 Fire Places

1. Turn on the black switch at bottom right of fireplace & wait 30 seconds

2. Press the on switch (top button) on the left side panel of the fireplace wall once and listen for beep/click

3. Wait 30 – 60 seconds for fireplace to light

4. If the fireplace does not light, turn off black switch at the bottom right of the fireplace. Wait 2 minutes and go back to step 1.

Note: The fireplace will automatically shut off after 6-7 hours to prevent damage to the electrical components. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the fireplace to cool down before trying to restart it. If you still cannot get your fireplace to start using the steps above, then please call 07 5533 3622.

Bedside Alarm Clock

You will find a bedside alarm clock in each room, these can be dimmed by using the large circular button on top of each device. These clocks also feature a 5W USB input on the back, these are sufficient for charging most mobile devices and smaller accessories.

Laundry

Each apartment (Not including studio rooms) is fitted with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Extra washing detergent can be purchased from the reception front desk.
